Warehouse Associate Level 1
You will serve as a support piece for our warehouse operations as the Warehouse Associate. Responsible for Receiving duties and support of our TIB department through Inbounding projects. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Team Lead.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring all large warehouse properties are received in a safe manner and Inbound procedures are completed. This also includes supporting all Inbound TIB projects. As needed, you will be responsible to assist the Warehouse Outbound procedure.
Results you Own
-You will have extreme ownership of the Warehouse TIB Inbound processes and procedures
-Works directly with the Warehouse Team Lead to complete all daily priorities and goals, providing all necessary documentation and scheduling to ensure best results.
-Responsible for all Tradeshow In A Box booths, inspecting and returning product to Exhibit Force Rental inventory, organizing customer properties in Fulfillment Warehouse.
-Responsible for adding quantity of Inbound Rental Inventory into Exhibit Force upon completion of the TIB Inbound project.
-Assists Warehouse Team Lead with Outbound Tradeshow booths, ensuring 100% accuracy, timely shipping, and cost reduction.
-Responsible for depleting quantity of Outbound Rental Inventory into Exhibit Force upon completion of the Outbound project.
-Assist Warehouse Team Lead with Inbound Tradeshow booths, inspecting and returning product to Rental inventory, organizing customer crates and property in Warehouses.
-Responsible for adding quantity of Inbound Rental Inventory into Exhibit Force upon completion of the Inbound project.
-Responsible for all Warehouse functions, including loading/unloading trucks, warehouse
organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of truck docks and bays.
-Assist QC Department on an as needed basis determined by the Logistics Manager
-Assist Logistics Manager to implement and complete ongoing Continuous Improvement
projects to improve operations.
-Maintain proactive communication with Warehouse Team Lead to address areas of concern.

-Proficiency in project management tools and software, with experience in Basecamp being a plus.
Education and Experience
-1+ years proven experience in the tradeshow field including assembly, logistics and freight
-2+ years warehouse and forklift experience
