We take pride in ensuring every unit is spotless, welcoming, and move-in ready. We are growing and looking for a Turnover Manager to lead and oversee our apartment turnover cleaning operations this includes college apartments.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Turnover Manager to manage all aspects of custodial cleaning during apartment turnovers. This role ensures that vacant units are cleaned to a high standard and ready for new residents on schedule. The Turnover Manager will oversee cleaning teams, coordinate schedules, inspect units, communicate with property management teams, and maintain quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Turnover Manager is required to work on-site

Manage and coordinate all apartment turnover cleaning projects.

Schedule and dispatch cleaning crews based on move-out/move-in timelines.

Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Communicate regularly with property managers regarding schedules, issues, and updates.

Train and supervise cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.

Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in turnover processes.

Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Address and resolve any client concerns or last-minute changes promptly.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in custodial management, facilities management, or similar field (turnover experience a plus).

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of cleaning practices, materials, and equipment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with apartment turnovers or property management support.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
