We are looking for someone dependable, bilingual, and experienced in management who can help train and guide our cleaning crews, ensure quality work, and support our day-to-day operations.

Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of verifiable management experience (cleaning or housekeeping industry preferred)
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate teams
Detail-oriented and dependable

Responsibilities:
Oversee cleaning teams and daily operations
Train and support new hires
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Help with office work, and billing.
Manage timecards, checklists, and supplies
