We are looking for an enthusiastic person who likes working with the public, has presentable phone skills and is not afraid of the computer. If you have prior self storage experience, it is a plus but it is not necessary. We will train the right candidate. General Maintenance skills are required.
If you have worked in sales, customer service, hospitality or maintenance and are looking for a change, we have the job for you.
This is a low pressure job with responsibility to rent spaces, keep track of customer payments and lite marketing. You will be required to assist the customer in the selection of storage units, obtaining signatures on the contracts, collect rent, record payments, clean-up and maintenance work. You must be a self-starter, clean, punctual and a detail oriented person.
This is a small facility (200). Be a part in a refreshing proactive management style with the customers needs in mind.
