Job Details:
Pay: $24-$28
Job Type: Full-Time with potential OT
8 Hour Shift – Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance:
Performing tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and replacing parts on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality of all dealerships.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and repairing or replacing defective components.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conducting regular inspections and performing maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Emergency Repairs:
Responding to urgent maintenance requests and addressing issues that disrupt normal operations to ensure dealerships can continue business operations.
System Monitoring:
Keeping a close watch on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to identify potential problems early.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards. Safety Training is provided in a team setting per OSHA requirements as well.
Collaboration:
Working with other team members and external specialists to coordinate maintenance activities.
Specific Tasks:
This can include tasks like fixing structural damage, repairing plumbing leaks, maintaining electrical wiring, and maintaining shop equipment.
