Maintenance Technician - Full-Time Position in the Phoenix Metro Area

Venture Residences is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the Phoenix area and are seeking a skilled professional to help us ensure our communities are well-maintained and our residents are satisfied.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in general property maintenance. If you are detail-oriented, have a wide range of repair skills, and are committed to quality work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete and track maintenance service requests in a timely manner.

- Perform all necessary repairs and upkeep on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

- Execute carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.

- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including completing all required maintenance and cleaning tasks.

- Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address potential issues.

- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, property management, or a related field.

- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
