An owner of an 18-unit apartment property in central Phoenix is looking for a reliable, focused, and skilled maintenance technician to work on the interior rehab of the apartment units. This project is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 months, working 8 hours per day at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in drywall repair, installation of prefabricated cabinets and countertops, painting, plumbing, and other general interior renovation work. You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Good references are required. Candidates should be non-smokers and in good physical health.
