Affiliated Building Maintenance is a full-service retail cleaning provider. We are currently seeking a night-shift parking lot sweeper.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Hours: Vary Between (8pm-4:30am)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Arizona Driver’s license
Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months
Some sweepers are class D requiring a medical
Mechanically inclined – we train to affix minor repairs on the equipment
Proven safe work practices and operations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Exposure to outside weather, including frequent hot and cold conditions, as well as exposure to fumes, vibrations, and airborne particles
Noise level is usually moderate
Requires the employee to sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, and stand. As well as lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
The work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts, so employees will be required to follow Company mandated safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-oriented, adaptable/flexible, and detail-oriented
