A large North Scottsdale Homeowners Association is in need of a part-time (average of 30 hrs. per week) Building Maintenance/Recreation Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs regular cleaning of the Community Center facility, kitchen, bathrooms and administrative offices, both interior and exterior
Responsible for removing debris from the lake
Responsible for the set up, break down and cleaning for Community Center rentals to include moving and lifting furniture, cleaning and other duties
Serves as the on-site contact for private rentals of the Community Center and Conference Room facilities
Performs lake tours for Pontoon Boat rentals
Disposes of garbage and recycling daily
Empties dog waste receptacles throughout the community
Performs general maintenance duties as requested
Keeps an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
Requirements:
Must possess a valid AZ driving license and have a clean motor vehicle record
Must be available to work weekends and evenings and have a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, bend frequently and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Possess a friendly and personable personality
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff members
Ability to read and interpret documents when necessary
