We are a small catering company that does corporate catering along with School Lunch Programs.
We are very busy and getting more and more busy.
We are looking for a prep cook who has experience in corporate caterings.
We need someone who knows how to put together food trays such as fruit and cheese, meat and cheese, etc
Must have transportation to and from work
Must be reliable
Must be able to read production reports - to be able to work unsupervised
Must be a team player
Must be able to lift 40-45 pounds
Must have experience in the catering side of the business.
Hours would be Mon-Friday 6 am to 130 pm very little nights or weekends
