The Forum Lounge and TwentyThree01 Sports Lounge have reinvented itself since the pandemic as Chandler’s newest multi-concept entertainment venue featuring live music, all the hottest UFC fights and boxing and sporting events, private events and wide range of concepts. We are looking for professional cooks with experience ranging from the most advanced lead positions to those with basic knife skills and sanitation knowledge. Day/Swing/Evening and Late Night Closing Shifts available. We look forward to meeting you.

SIGN ON BONUS $250 - after 60 days worked without and any tardiness or absences.
Job Requirements
- Punctuality, positive attitude and professional image are critical.
- Set up, prep and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and the Chef's directions
- Clean up station, proper food handling/storage and closing the kitchen
- Stock inventory properly using “FIFO”, and ensuring proper dating and labeling of items.
- Ensure food dishes are finished simultaneously, with high quality and aesthetically pleasing
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Skills Needed
- Proven cooking experience including safe knife skills (all levels)
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Execute assigned tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card is required to start working.
