Manager
Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2yrs experience managing a Full Service Restaurant.
Must have Leadership and People skills - Staff and Guests. Including ability to inspire, motivate and train staff to achieve their highest level of performance.
Must have exposure to Cost Controls - Food, Labor and Controllables.
Must have ability to drive Sales.
Must have administrative abilities.
Must be reliable and on time.
