We’re seeking an Experienced Kitchen Leader / Manager to oversee and drive kitchen operations while leading a dynamic team in a high-volume setting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and is committed to excellence in every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
-Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain peak performance during busy hours.
-Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maximize profitability.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
-Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and streamline processes.
-Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What You Bring to the Table
-Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume kitchen (sports bar or similar environment preferred).
-Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
