Board & Batten, the Northeast MESA, hidden gem, is looking for lines cooks to join our team. The kitchen team is driven, goal orientated and passionate about the food we prepare and serve. We are looking for these following positions on our TEAM. All positons are FULL TIME, TUESDAY- SATURDAY.
LunchHot Line Cook- prepare hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, sauces. This position needs an organized individual who can multi-task during prep and serves.
Dinner Pantry Cook- prepare hot and cold apps, salads, desserts
Hot Line Cook/Pasta Cook- work with fresh and dry pastas, sauce work, fish cooking, stocks, brines
