Setting up / breaking down the line. Preparing and plating entrees, apps, salads, and desserts. Prepping various sauces and garnishes. Making sure inventory is accurate in the POS system. Maintaining a clean work station and clear communication with fellow employees. Proper labeling and storage of temperature sensitive items. Proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Must be able to reliably get to and from work. Must be able to work in a fast paced high stress environment. Food handlers card preferred but not required.
Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work opens/closes weekdays and weekends. Shifts range from 6-10 hours. Hours of operation are
Sunday 11am-10pm
Mon-Thurs 11am-11pm
Friday and Saturday 11am- 1pm
