Executive chef/ partner to open Italian restaurant

Calling all aspiring chefs with a passion for Italian. I have a great location on Ray Road and the 10. Entrance to the AC theater, next to Rau, Chiba Hut, Pita Jungle. Currently the living room wine bar for the last 9 years. I feel very good about Italian in the area and with great food, abiance and service should be able to do 1.5 mil at the least I'm open to discussing opportunity. Salary plus a % with possible full ownership in a few years as Im 71 now:-) Let's talk and see where it goes.
