Growing international company is looking for a strong Systems, Hardware EE or Software EE Engineering Technical Lead or Supervisor looking to move to become an Engineering Manager for their small semiconductor products division in north Phoenix. This is a new position with direct reports but also requires strong hands-on technical engineering skills as it is a small-to-midsize team. Position comes with a solid base salary, bonus, good benefits and career opportunities throughout the company. Relocation is provided if not local to the Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred)
MBA desired
5+ years' experience in new product development and hardware, software and/or systems design engineering in the Semiconductor industry (any Automotive experience a huge plus!)
Experience with battery power management, thermal product solutions, heat pumps, refrigeration, thermal fluid flow, PID, thermal control, thermal engineering, diodes, thermocouples, LCD or touch screen displays or something similar is a strong fit
Must have experience managing small teams of engineers and projects and working with customers
