This is a customer facing role that includes design, development, testing and certification for general aviation programs. Owns all Dassault aircraft (Future Falcon, F6X, F7X, F8), & Boeing legacy planning, systems development, integration, and test. Includes new product development for display systems

Ensure strong processes and procedures to prevent issue occurrence

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
10+ years in aerospace engineering or similar industry
WE VALUE
Extensive engineering experience and cockpit architecture (EPIC / APEX / CORE products and common documentation strategy)
Significant leadership experience preferably in an international, multi-site and multicultural business environment
Product development expertise, from idea generation to product launch
Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
Market focused mindset and ability to anticipate changes in customer's needs
Strategic thinking and effective management implementation on complex projects
Proven track record of successful cross functional experiences
Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity
Advanced degree in engineering or related filed, business degree is a plus
