Our client, engineering firm and contractor that offers architecture, planning, environmental, survey & mapping, and construction management services is seeking a Site Civil / Land Development Engineer, PE, to join their team. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be part of the Civil practice supporting site development and public works projects.Job Title: Site Civil / Land Development Engineer, PELocation: Phoenix, AZ 85008Pay: $95,000 - $140,000Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead designer/engineer on tasks or projects, and responsible for the
financial performance of these.
Responsible for studies and designs related to site development and other general civil engineering projects.
Perform due diligence for site selection and site planning activities which will include, but is not limited to, preliminary local zoning and environmental evaluation.
Assist in the development of site design analysis, site layout plans including grading, drainage, utility services and roadway infrastructure connections
Requirements
5-15 years of experience working in civil design with an emphasis in site civil design.
Arizona Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience in the preparation of work plans, budgets, and project schedules is highly desired.
Experience with Autodesk design platforms, preferably Civil3D.
