Senior Vendor Program/Business ManagerThe Senior Vendor Program/Business Manager serves as the business support and Vendor Services Office (VSO) program support to the SVP, Head of Procurement and Vendor Services, providing critical support in various business functions including business case identification, planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and communication. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, program management experience, excellent Excel skills, and a proven track record of success supporting procurement or related fields.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Provides high-level support and assistance in daily VSO operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Leads and manages business support functions including business case identification, planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and communication. Utilizes strong analytical skills to assess and improve procurement processes, identifying areas for optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

Drives third-party risk management initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supports program and technology enhancements including vendor risk management, accounts payable (ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and payments).

Provides expertise in finance systems, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency and foster a culture of collaboration and communication, promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Manages and oversees contingent workforce management and capacity planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
