Find your place in technology of #TeamAmex.Description:Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for our Cloud and Data Services, Network Compliance and Automation (NCA) team. The candidate would be driving the development of two applications, organizing team meetings, and marketing our products to our customers. They will be responsible with leading team meetings, running scrum calls, eliminating blockers, building reports and providing support to the team. The candidate would be responsible for working with compliance teams, auditors and internal audit groups to track remediations and build reporting, they will also be responsible for assigning resources to remediate these any found vulnerabilities.Primary Responsibilities:

Drive coordinated teams, driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance

Takes accountability for the technical maturity of the team

Coordinate execution of development projects from initiation through release, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum concepts.

Nurture an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics

Ensure product releases are high quality, deliver excellent user experiences, perform seamlessly at scale, and comply with regulatory requirements

First point of contact for external and internal audit remediation tracking and communications

Work to eliminate team pain points and continue to improve team communications

Market new application features and functionality as we deploy new releases

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

6 years of technical project management experience.

Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility.

Ability to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensus.

Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams.

Understanding of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery.

Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.

Ability to manage the post-production processes, drive quality, and implement testing best practices.

Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.

Technical problem solving and issue-resolution abilities.

Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.

Proven ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority.

Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.

Experience managing project budgets and reporting while ensuring compliance with Rally and Agile delivery platform.

Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.

Basic understanding network concepts and device configurations (i.e. Cisco IOS-XE, Cisco Nexus, F5, Arista, Aruba)

Additional Desired Qualifications:

PMI Certification

Scrum Master Certification

Experience with one or more languages & technologies: Python, SQL, Django, Tableau, Ansible, HTML, Javascript, React, and/or Kafka

Network engineering experience

Experience using JIRA and Confluence
