The GAM Program is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the supply chain and asset management process, ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' enterprises.Job SummaryCoordinate the organization’s daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. Organize warehousing for goods. Review inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied. Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs. Act as liaison between customers, freight carriers and shipping department. Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers, by investigating and resolving detention issues. Assist in cost control by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting most cost-efficient method of shipment within Department of Defense guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain related records associated with receipts, movements, and Kitting of Consumption of Materials.

Arrange for distribution of materials upon arrival.

Take ownership of the accuracy of the prepared Material Kits and material quantity updates based on usage.

Establish and communicate completion dates for deliverable kits to production line planners.

Adhere to communication requirements to Production Planners of Part Shortages that will Limit any Timely Issuance of Kits.

Inspect products for quality and quantity prior to Kit Builds to ensure accuracy to Material Records.

Work to meet schedules and support requirements to meet customer satisfaction.

Support the Material Stockroom in Monthly Cycle Counts, Annual Wall-to-Wall inventories and receipt of materials as required.

Support of Voice of the Customer (VOC) solicitations and support continuous improvement initiatives and recommendations.

Must adhere to KBR's Zero Harm Safety Measures of Total Safety Technical Instructions (TSTI’s) for Safety Adherence of Operational and Equipment usage.

Basic Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.

SAP with Material Movement Transaction.

Knowledge in working Product Receipts and Inductions and the associated SAP Transaction Codes relating to Material Receipts, Material Kitting Pulls, Inspection Notifications, and Material Issuance.
