Hi There! I’m looking for dependable help with house cleaning and possibly outdoor maintenance twice a month for my 1,600 sq ft home in Northern Phoenix.
Interior Cleaning Includes:
1 full bath + 3/4 bath
Kitchen (counters, appliances, floors)
Floors (vacuum and mop)
General dusting
Cat-friendly home (1 friendly cat on-site)
Outdoor Maintenance May Include:
Front yard (Only at this time)
Desert landscaping
Tree pruning
Light yard cleanup
I currently use a lawn service, but open to switching if you offer both indoor/outdoor care!
Other Optional Needs:
Occasional car detailing or basic car care (optional, not required)
Open to:
A team or individual who can do both indoor & outdoor services
Or just cleaning
Or just exterior work
Schedule:
Twice a month preferred
Pricing:
Rates will depend on which services you offer.
For reference, I expect to pay around:
$110–$160 per cleaning visit
$40–$90 for outdoor maintenance visits
