This is a hybrid position that will work 9am - 6pm Pacific Time Zone - successful candidates will be in the US on the West Coast. Manage Outlook Inboxes Handle daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed  Support client on multiple Private Equity funds within various industries Manage investor expectations and ensure adherence to timelines of client’s deliverables  Communicate with other departments regarding upcoming posts and approvals  Update and manage document processes and policies to ensure proper record keeping  Manage the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investors Oversee relationships with own team and client to ensure standards are met and operating according to client’s process  Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development
