Story Lane Box is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with our events team and clients to create memorable and impactful experiences.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are in place.Communicate with clients, vendors, and event staff to ensure event needs are met.Support with event set-up and breakdown, ensuring everything runs according to plan.Manage event schedules, ensuring timely delivery and execution of all activities.Help prepare and distribute event materials, such as programs, invitations, and signage.Provide on-site support during events, addressing any last-minute changes or issues.Track event budgets and ensure expenses are kept within allocated amounts.Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection to improve future events.
