This role is part of RRD’s Global Outsourcing Division, supporting a financial services client in an outsourced capacity.ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for Americas Creative and lead strategic solutions that elevate client experiencePrimary point of contact for key stakeholders and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsManaging the US teams and setting objectivesTranslate big picture strategy into finessed execution from empowered teamsFluent at providing direction to push work and elevate team’s skillsSimplify complex into compelling, intentional storytelling that drives business results with tremendous expertiseOrganize and lead monthly and quarterly business, client meetings and ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are metWork closely with global colleagues to ensure that there is a consistent approach in the delivery of Presentations servicesMaintain knowledge of and adherence to facility procedures, operations and protocolsMaster knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trendsProvide strategic operational improvements and facilitate executionProvide teams with appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiativesEnsure all deliverable deadlines are met for all clients and parts involved in the process, especially accountable for all high-profile/Tier 1 projectsWork with recruiting to ensure right talent hired to meet the client requirements and monitor the onboarding and training processResponsible for early detection of issues that may require escalation, assess risks and strategize mitigation plansManagement of vendor engagement and relationshipEnsure training needs for all team members is mapped and work with manager to deploy training programsConducting performance evaluations and giving feedback for direct reportsIdentifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional servicesWork with RRD Director on the P&L and expenses related to the teams, analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operations
