Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona, 85040, United States. The role, situated within the telecom industry, primarily requires handling customer credit applications and queries, maintaining records and ensuring timely collection of payments. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit Respond to customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer credit accounts regularly for any discrepancies or issues Proactively initiate action to collect delinquent payments from customers Work in a call center environment to provide excellent customer service Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing high-quality service and support Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service standards Continuously learn and adapt to changes in industry trends and standards Uphold the company's privacy and security standards when dealing with customer information. Requirements Prior experience in a customer service role Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively Demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High level of patience and emotional intelligence Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification Knowledge of call center customer service practices Familiarity with the industry's latest trends and technologies Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Willingness to continuously learn and improve service delivery Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer service goals.
