The Job: Our Assistant Maintenance Managers have a do-it-all job. Some days are pressure filled and out ASM's need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures and pools, as necessary.
Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance.
Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff.
Purchase materials.
this is a large, multi-phase property.
The Details: Our Assistant Maintenance Managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of previous experience - in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
Basic tools of the trade
HVAC and CPO Certifications a required.
On-call
