Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Associate
Location:
18618 South 186th Way, Queen Creek, Arizona (Germann & Rittenhouse, behind the Home Depot)
Two full time positions are available. 40 hours/week.
Must be available to work any day of the week.
Store work hours are Monday-Saturday 8:30am to 8:30 pm and Sunday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
Pay:
Starting pay is $15.50 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
Sell guns, ammo and shooting/firearm accessories.
Sell range memberships.
Demonstrate safe gun handling techniques to customers.
Assure customers handle and fire rifles and handguns safely
Periodically perform range safety officer responsibilities.
Clean the shooting range and perform other maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Promote a family oriented, safe, professional work environment.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to safely handle, disassemble(Recommended manufacturer’s cleaning level), clean and reassemble firearms.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
Honesty and integrity in handling money and merchandise.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Age: 21
Employee must be willing to complete or have satisfactorily completed a Range Safety Officer course.
Employee must be willing to obtain or have satisfactorily obtained a Concealed Carry Permit honored by the state of Arizona.
Employee must be able to pass a drug screening test and be willing to submit to periodic drug screening tests.
Open or conceal carry a handgun while working in the retail and shooting range areas of the store.
