We have job openings for Inbound Customer Care professionals who can take incoming calls from passport applicants. You will be answering general questions about their process to obtain or renew a passport. This job is 100% Onsite at the company’s inbound call center located on the South Phoenix/Tempe border at the crossroads of 48th Street and University.

The company has a variety of schedules. Hours of operation are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday (business operations may expand to weekends in the future).
Requirements for the job:
-This company requires employees with a minimum of one-year prior phone-based customer service experience in either a call center or office setting.
-You must be a current U.S. citizen.
-You must be able to pass a federal fingerprint all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo background check Training class lasts 3 weeks and training is Mon-Fri 8:00am-3:00pm.
-After training, you will change hours to your assigned work shift.100% attendance is required during the training class.
