I am looking for models-actress types local to the Arizona to help develop our business as a Brand Ambassador. We are a matchmaking service called MMIntro that connects models with millionaires for an upscale level of dating not offered by standard dating apps. We are specifically looking for someone local to connect with other local models, local millionaires or other eligible people to join our service. This is a good opportunity to fill in some work between other gigs. It's a part time position and we are flexible on what you can work (approximately 8-10 hours per week). We also have a local office that you can come and work in if you would like to located in Scottsdale. Most of work can be done on laptop by zoom or Google meetings. Promoting our brand on social media
Interview potential new clients to assess eligibility requirements
Reaching out to local models and actors to promote our services
Connecting with local modeling agencies and businesses to advertise our matchmaking services on their website or at their physical business locations
Pay is $40 hourly plus commissions of $100 to $350 per signed up member which will come out to about $85 per hour. Key Required Responsibilities Include:
Source and coordinate appropriate referrals for our members in accordance with the company's guidelines.
Coach and support our members to ensure we effectively fine tune the matchmaking process.
Present to members additional memberships services through an effective sales approach.
Partner and support both the Matchmakers and Membership Sales Counselors in the office to exceed matchmaking quotas and foster success of overall team.
Document all member feedback, updating records accordingly in the matchmaking database.
Perform general matchmaking administrative tasks.
Required Experience:
At least 5 year's experience in a Customer Service role as well as experience in a sales environment.
Experience in coaching, counseling or mentoring individuals would be advantageous.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Successful candidates must be self-confident, charismatic, self-disciplined, dedicated and performance driven.
Proficient using Microsoft Office and general computer aptitude.
