We’re a growing services firm that manages maintenance, repairs, and projects for clients across the U.S. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Project Coordinators to oversee service orders and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
Manage service orders and projects from open to close
Dispatch vendors, track progress, and resolve issues
Collect invoices and ensure proper documentation
Recruit and negotiate with contractors/vendors
Report on project status to leadership
Spend plenty of time on the phone with clients, contractors, and partners
What we’re looking for:
Experience in facilities services or property management
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, lighting, or plumbing (construction a plus)
Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and online research
Sales experience a bonus!
