What You’ll Do
Manage projects from start to finish
Take lots of calls (clients, contractors, and partners)
Get bids, negotiate, and coordinate work with contractors
Collect and track details like repair issues, updates, invoices, etc.
Make sure projects stay on budget and on schedule
Research and recruit new contractors when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in facilities or property management
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment
Great communicator—especially on the phone
Good with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and online research
Sales experience a plus!
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Pay & Perks
$18–$20/hour (depending on experience)
Annual bonus based on performance
