After a recording breaking year, becoming the official life insurance company of the Los Angeles Lakers, The Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers our agency is receiving additional funding to expand into new markets and is looking to train and fast track new leaders!
Our new market will help cover our Veterans and their families.
With most Veterans currently receiving only about $948 when they pass away, leaders from our Veteran service organizations have asked and endorsed us to call, meet with and enroll their members in additional life benefits they have access to. This has means we have millions of members but currently only a few hundred representatives so we are hiring to handle our new demand. We are responsible for growing this market by finding talent, training them to meet with our established clients virtually via zoom, clearly explain the benefits available and enroll the members. Then teach new agents the process of hiring, training, and developing new team members to do the same.
How pay works:
We make about half of what the client pays in the first year. So you sell a $150 a month policy x 12 months = $1800 we make about $900. We also received residuals on every policy we sell. I have been receiving residuals for over 10 years. All commissions are uncapped.
How building an agency works:
Managers make about half (as a bonus) of what they train their teams to make. If you agent turns in $10,000 a month of premium they make about $5,000 you make about $2500. Or a team doing $1,000,000 in sales will make you about $250,000 with growth bonus. Total the agency did over $140,000,000 last year we project another 20% growth with this additional market this year.
We are providing leads, a referral system to help keep agents fed and working on a live transfer system but need agents who can follow scripts demonstrate the process and manage a team to do the same to continue scaling and showing the rest of the company what is possible.
