Required qualifications:

Possesses strong sales and customer service skills and a cheerful, friendly, and outgoing personality.

Showcase and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Proficient in MacOS and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Available to work a flexible schedule during store hours: Monday to Saturday, 10AM – 7PM

​Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail environment or related fields.

Bilingual preferred; fluent in Spanish and English.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Apple, Mac, and iPhone product lines

What You’ll Do:

This versatile position serves as the main point of contact for fostering positive and meaningful relationships while identifying sales opportunities. The key responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and answering phone calls.

Marketing, setting appointments, and closing new sales opportunities.

Following up through phone calls and emails.

Assisting customers in finding merchandise

Multitasking with in-house technicians while managing job tasks.

General store upkeep, organizing, and ordering/stocking products.

Managing social media accounts, ad listings, FB. OfferUp, eBay, Amazon, etc.

The CSR will be on an hourly pay + commission/spiff system.
