Corporate & Incentive Sales Support Team Member
(Status: Non-exempt)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary support for Corporate and Incentive Sales team; processes orders accurately, places and tracks sample orders, and communicates with customers on order specifics
Creates quotes with pricing, discounts, and follow-up as needed – corporate and distributor
Creates virtuals
Maintains positive customer relationships providing superior & accurate customer service
Entry of lead names into database and follow-up for sales team
Maintains Fairytale Brownies’ presence on Distributor websites
Plans, organizes and participates in the scheduling of meetings, conferences, trade shows, and special events including making travel arrangements and scheduling appointments
Organizes and maintains all sales materials including tradeshow booth materials
Makes calls to previous customers to reactivate buying relationship – Sales Stage
Participates in customer facing events, shows and brownie demonstrations from time to time
Contributes to company team effort by assisting in other departments as necessary, assist CS team during high call volume periods
Performs all the above duties to the best of one’s ability and with the utmost integrity, honesty, and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous customer service experience a must; sales or sales support experience a plus
Superior Customer Service skills
Acute attention to detail and follow-up
Lead generation or database experience a plus
Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently
Excellent writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience with order entry software helpful
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed; possibility of light travel
Additional hours are mandatory during seasonal peak weeks
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on feet
