Asphalt Manager

We are a fast-paced, fast-growing company with upward mobility and financial reward for managers who create results. Paving experience is REQUIRED. Familiarity with the Las Vegas market is a plus.
This job is for a fully self-sufficient, growth-minded, hands-on operator.
Responsibilities will include:
Development and implementation of new standards and policies
Leading middle management and field support staff
Development of staff and team
Handling customer support and satisfaction, making it right with the customer
Required experience or skills:
At least 3 to 5 years of paving management experience
All candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean driving record.
