OnCall Staffing is looking for a Senior Accountant for one of our wonderful clients. This position is TEMP TO HIRE. This job is ongoing, with Same week pay! Please see job details below!
PAY: $35/HR-$40/HR+ DOE
SHIFT: Morning shift, Monday-Friday. SAME WEEK PAY!
Job requirements:
Oversee month-end close process and manage
Prepare and review journal entries
Prepare and review monthly and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
Research and resolve issues and/or variances in account balances
Maintain fixed asset additions, depreciation, and disposals within the system
Review and approve invoices, ensuring that general ledger coding is correct
Manage corporate banking including processing corporate payments, deposits, transfers, etc.
Prepare and review monthly financial packages
Support GL upgrades, improvements, and implementations
Note: the position is on site
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years in accounting
(accounting in a manufacturing setting is a PLUS)
Must be RELIABLE
Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
