Local Landscaping company has immediate opening for Payroll Manager
Job Description:
1) Processing Payroll for 400 employees, paid weekly with detailed job costing.
2) Handling garnishments and other deductions.
3) Payroll filings - 940, 941, W-2
4) Setting up new employees, running E-Verify.
5) Entering time cards and accepting payroll input files into system, ensuring overtime is correct.
6) Part of Accounting team - helping with company activities
7) Administering 401 K Plan, Helping with Medical plans
Requirements:
1) Experience in payroll - college 2 yr degree or more preferred but not necessary.
2) Bi-lingual - English / Spanish -
3) Excel and Word experience
4) ComputerEase Software experience a plus
5) H2B experience a plus

Job Type
1) Full time – Monday to Friday: Hours flexible but earlier preferred 6 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 2:00PM
2) Hourly pay $28 per hour - or more depending on experience.
3) Paid Vacation and Holidays
4) Bonus mid year and end of year
