Job Description:
1) Billing 50 customers - 12 million a year
2) Help with answering phones and front office
3) Entering payments into computer
4) Making collection calls when needed
5) Setting up new jobs
6) Issuing Purchase Order number
7) Coding AP receipts
8) Part of Accounting team - helping with company activities
Requirements:
1) Experience in AR, AP, accounting - college preferred but not required
2) Must be Bi-lingual - English / Spanish
3) Excel and Word experience
4) Deltex /ComputerEase Software experience a plus

Job Type
1) Full time – Monday to Friday: Hours 6 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 2:00PM
2) Hourly pay $24 per hour or more based on experience
3) Paid Vacation and Holidays
4) Bonus mid-year and end of year

6) 401 K Safe Harbor – 3 % matching after one year – 100% vesting.
