We are a nationwide company. We do inspections on aerial lifts and bucket trucks nationwide and have been in business for over 40 years. Applicant will be responsible for processing invoices for payment, perform account reconciliations, use of Microsoft products specifically Outlook and Excel. Will be working with our technicians to clarify any reports or invoicing questions Can be Hybrid once fully trained.
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
Month end reconciliations
NetSuite Experience desired but not required.
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills
Multi-tasking capabilities
Communication skills – both customer and inter-company
Self-starter
Salesforce Experience desired not required.
