Essential Job FunctionsLeads and mentors the recruiting and onboarding team, fostering a collaborative, results driven culture.Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, including managing day-to-day activities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Maintains a strong understanding of the ongoing hiring needs of CCV and establishes the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent that matches CCV’s values and culture.  Collaborate with hiring managers, ministry leads, and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements, develop and update job descriptions, meet hiring needs, provide regular updates, and report on outcomes.Execute and partner with the Operations Lead in deploying the established recruiting strategy through networking, careers fairs, social media channels, and the use of resume databases.Leverage data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and selection outcomes.Lead all process improvement efforts in the hiring process including, screening and evaluating candidates, communication, interviews and assessments, and selection.Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a robust candidate pool for openings and coordinating placement of candidates across campus and central roles.Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.Character & Chemistry Customer Focus – is dedicated to meeting the expectations of our members, attenders, and the team members we work with daily.Interpersonal Skills – relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately.Self-Development – Committed to improvement, seeks constructive criticism, understands strengths and weaknesses.Drive for Results – Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
