Essential Job FunctionsEnsure that all active projects have followed the appropriate request processSchedule and attend, creative planning with ministries to set project details, priority and gather contentOrganize all projects details and content into the current project management softwareMaintain project management software, Video calendar and master projects listManage project process and communication between internal teamWork with Filmmakers to set project priorities, manage issues and balance competing prioritiesMonitor project progress and alert internal team and ministry partner to schedule or scope concerns that could affect successful deliveryMaintain a consistent relationship with all ministry partnersCoordinate with team admin to process and manage invoice coding, and PO submissionsSchedule video shoots, pre-production meetings, and script read through meetingsBook gear for video shoots in the inventory management systemManage volunteer and contractor paperwork and schedules with the NextGen team leadsProvide process improvement ideasOrganize and acquire all needed props, set design and assets per video shoot request
