3+ years of recent web development experience required
Healthcare experience highly preferred
Experience in GitHub, JIRA, Slack, InVision, and JavaScript required
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required
High school diploma or GED required
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Design System Developer NE
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve services, processes, or products
Solve complex problems, and take a broad perspective, including coordination with others outside own work unit, to identify innovative solutions
Anticipate customer needs and assess requirements and identify new solutions
Interact primarily with department and cross-department peers, supervisor, customers, peers’ managers, patients, and physicians
Make decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations
Impact the achievement of operational, project or service objectives
Monitor and control costs of own work and may manage budgets for moderate sized projects or programs
Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards
Provide all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating core and leader behaviors each day
