Reservations Coordinator wanted for 13 room watersports adventure resort in La Ventana near La Paz, Baja California Sur.
We provide the Best of Baja to our guests and are looking for a team member who is looking to be part of a hardworking fun unit someone who is organized, upbeat and looking to grow with us. Family-owned we specialize in custom service and adventure for our guests with high level of service throughout our hotel and restaurant - we have 4 boats, a fishing diving and spearfishing service, a kiteboarding school, run many tours, and have a restaurant and bar. In the last several years we have added a programa in Panama, liveaboard trips on both the pacific and cortes sides of Baja, a facility in Mag Bay, and 6 weeks a year of marine science education groups .
We are hungry for adventure We are looking for someone who speaks fluent English and Spanish who can handle all our incoming reservations and room assignments, shuttle schedules and check ins, coordinate with booking agencies and rental house websites, supervise our cleaning staff, prepare all final client bills for checkout, and make changes throughout our hotel as directed by customer feedback about maintenance items, food, and service level. Our reservations coordinator must be fluent in xcel, word, gmail, dropbox, googlecalendars, googledrive, skype, social media platforms, and whatsap - and they must love living in a small town, being a part of a close team, and having fun in the water. This is a full time season position with social security benefits. You will be covering the winter months while our current Coordinator will be covering the summer months with a short time of overlap to touch bais. You will communicate with monthly meetings via whatsap. Housing and food are provided. Work permit will be provided if non Mexican. In charge of all reservations department and directly supervises assistant and cleaning staff.
