About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be part of their Change Management team within Auto, Product, Analytics, and Digital Innovation (PADI) group in Consumer Lending. This involves supporting the Auto Originations and Servicing groups with ensuring non-technical change is managed in accordance with Enterprise, Consumer Lending, and internal Auto policy, procedure, and controls applicable to managing change. This role also supports the delivery of large, complex, cross-product and product area initiatives. Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending line of business includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services. Assist with leading large, cross-product/product area initiatives that work to achieve a positive outcome for users, customers, and the Auto business as a whole

Responsible for the creation and management of a non-technical Product Area in Jira, ensuring Epics and Features are developed and maintained in accordance with Enterprise, Consumer Lending, and Auto line of business change management policy

Liaison with the Originations and Servicing areas in Auto to ensure effective routing of all change activities through the correct systems of record

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Lead planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Document applicable change impacts in our product system of record, Registry

Develop materials for monthly product cabinet meetings and attend/present materials as needed

Ensure all change impacts are considered and cared for prior to implementation

Act as an Ambassador for change management within Auto

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Auto lending experience, including knowledge and understanding of auto lending practices, policies, and procedures

Change management experience in the Auto industry

Project and/or product management experience

Experience working in an Agile environment supporting product development and performing some level of product development

Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Jira

Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across a large number of stakeholders and communicate complex concepts in a clear manner

Experience partnering with other functional areas and driving change while operating in an ambiguous environment

Proven ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of a product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product

Proven ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups

Experience reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls

Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance and control oversight, and risk management

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead without authority within a matrixed environment

Intermediate Microsoft Visio and Excel skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
