Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a Clean & Organized Lodge, Cabin, and Grounds
Amazing Customer service to keep guests smiling and enjoying their stay
Manage staff, which includes 1-2 cooks, and a housekeeper/head of house
Keep organized files and lists, for guests, staff, and handyman for monthly fixit list
Professionally interact with other businesses that Jimmie Jack Fishing works with
Problem-solves issues that come up
Maintain a budget
Work with cooks on menus, orders, shopping lists, etc.
Professional communication with the Operations Manager regarding staff
Create a good work environment for all team members
Be willing to do what is needed for the Lodge, Staff, and guests to get the job done
Maintain a schedule for staff
Job Details:
Position Title: Seascape Lodge Manager
Hours Per Week: 40+ (7 days per week)
Salary Range: $5,000 per month (DOE), includes room and board, plus a share in the lodge tip pool.
Dress Code: Professional work attire
Lodging + vehicle: provided
Qualifications:
Personable, Respectful, Strong Work Ethic, Team Player
Strong organizational skills and detailed orientation.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills to interact as a professional daily
Reliability and punctuality.
Leadership qualities when in a work environment,
Ability to make independent decisions daily
Extensive Housekeeping Knowledge
Experience in management/hospitality
