Assist in the overall daily operation of the front office as conditions and needs require. File records/documents and perform courier activities as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Clinic daily. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all patients. Maintain accurate and professional patient records for all services performed. Complete data entry of all charges and payments in an efficient manner to ensure prompt and timely filing of insurance claims and associated paperwork. Assist in the overall daily operation of the office as conditions and needs require. Develop procedures to maximize Clinic billing collections in a legal, efficient, and ethical manner. Supervise employees efficiently and professionally.
