Looking for energetic individuals passionate about food and excited to join a fun team for the summer!
Responsibilities include:
Coordinates all food production with Chef to ensure highest standard of food.
Maintains safety and health standards.
Supervises dishwashers, prep and line cooks.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent certified training.
3 years of experience in food preparations.
Supervisory experience and prior work experience in a full service kitchen for large restaurant preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
