We’re looking for an amazing energetic candidate to fill the full time position of Executive Chef for our food and beverage department. This position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska at The Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge. Looking for someone who is professional, organized and excited to be part of a great team creating once in a lifetime experiences for our guests and who is passionate about the hosipitality industry. You’ll be responsible for back of house operations for 2 restaurants and 2 bars along as well as occaisional exclusive events. This position will also be responsible for cleanliness, inventory, ordering, staffing, training and training development, product development and cross departmental collaboration.
